Why Scully & Co.

Not all accused individuals are criminals; accusations can be made without legal transgressions. Fundamentally, every individual is entitled to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, with their rights safeguarded and defended.

Having dedicated 26 years to serving in the US Air Force, I have defended the Constitution of the United States. Accumulating over 36 years as an active Texas Peace Officer, and over 28 years in the medical field, I bring a unique perspective.

As a consulting expert witness, I have proffered expert opinions about law enforcement conduct, encompassing cases involving both deadly and non-deadly use of force, jail deaths, and Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment violations.

I've provided opinions on law enforcement conduct, including the use of force and constitutional violations. My extensive experience ensures a deep understanding of policies and procedures.  My direct involvement in various law enforcement roles affords me a distinctive insight into the cognitive and procedural aspects characterizing the mindset of law enforcement officers.

We consult on cases, scientifically examine evidence, and contribute to the strategic development in specialized areas:
